Big Boi and Killer Mike On Sale Tomorrow

Submitted on Sep 01, 2013

We are happy to announce details for Big Boi's performance Saturday, Sept. 21, at Raleigh's Memorial Audtiorium. Big Boi was forced to postpone his appearance at this year's Hopscotch Music Festival; to make up the date, he will not only be making his first-ever solo appearance in Raleigh, but he'll also be joined by fellow ATLien and Hopscotch 2012 fan favorite Killer Mike, who will open the show.

Tickets to Big Boi and Killer Mike cost $25. They go on sale tomorrow at Noon via Etix.

REMINDER:
The first 1,000 tickets for Big Boi and Killer Mike at Memorial Auditorium on SATURDAY, SEPT. 21, will be available to Hopscotch wristband buyers for FREE. These 1,000 tickets will be available at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Raleigh when Hopscotch wristband distribution begins Wednesday, Sept. 4, at noon. WE WILL DISTRIBUTE THESE TICKETS UNTIL THEY ARE GONE, AND ONLY ONE TICKET WILL BE GIVEN PER VIP, 3-DAY, or 1-DAY FRIDAY WRISTBAND. To obtain your Big Boi ticket, simply ask the volunteer who is assisting you at the Sheraton. No tickets will be given away without the redemption of an applicable wristband.

The Big Boi show in Memorial Auditorium will be General Admission.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
When we announced Big Boi's postponement date, we fielded many comments from those who already had tickets to another concert in Raleigh on Sept. 21. In an attempt to accomodate all who want to attend, Big Boi will not take the stage until 11 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21. Doors will open at 9:00 p.m. and Killer Mike will perform first. Please join us for a memorable night in the history of Raleigh hip-hop.

HOPSCOTCH 2013 BEGINS THIS THURSDAY WITH A-TRAK, SPIRITUALIZED, THE BREEDERS, EARL SWEATSHIRT, JOHN CALE, LOCAL NATIVES, HOLY GHOST!, SLEEP, FUTURE ISLANDS, AND HUNDREDS MORE; 3-Day Passes, 1-Day Passes, and Single City Plaza tickets are AVAILABLE HERE.
