Q:  Where do I pick-up my wristband?

A:  The Sheraton Hotel, 421 South Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27601 (you may also enter the hotel from Fayetteville Street).

Wednesday, Sept. 7: 12 p.m.–9 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 8: 10 a.m.–12 a.m.
Friday, Sept. 9: 10 a.m.–10 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 10: 12 p.m.– 4 p.m.

Q:  Should I call the Sheraton Hotel for anything?

A:  Not unless you are a guest of the hotel.

Q:  My eticket is good for 4 wristbands, do all 4 people need to be there to pick them up?

A:  No, we will hand you the number of wristbands that correspond to the number your eticket allows.

Q:  Do I have to put on my wristband at the Sheraton?

A:  No, you only need to be wearing it before entering your first Hopscotch show.

Q:  Where do I pick up my wristband if I won a ticket contest?

A:  At the Sheraton.

Q:  What if I need to pick up my wristband while City Plaza is closed down?

A:  Entrance to the Sheraton is still open on both sides of the hotel.

Q:  What if I have a single City Plaza ticket for Friday and/or Saturday night?

A:  You will bring your printed eticket and have it scanned at the gate (like a regular concert).

Q:  What if I can’t find my eticket?

A:  Click here: http://www.etix.com/ticket/online/help.jsp#PRINTINGTICKETS

Q:  Do you have tickets available for single Club shows?

A:  Based on our limited overall club capacity, we only sell 3-day wristbands (they are sold out). A very limited number of individual tickets to single shows may be sold at the door of club venues for $25. These will only become available after all 3-day wristband holders have been admitted and based on capacity, may not be available at all. These $25 tickets only apply to the specific club venue at which you buy them—meaning you will not have the ability to enter various venues like you do with all other Hopscotch wristbands. None of these $25 tickets will be sold in advance.

Q:  Are there any tickets left for Hopscotch 2011?

A:  Yes, only single tickets to our headlining shows in Raleigh City Plaza: http://hopscotchmusicfest.com/tickets/

Friday, Sept. 9 (doors at 5:30 p.m.): Guided by Voices, The Dodos, & Drive-By Truckers

Saturday, Sept. 10 (doors at 5:30 p.m.): The Flaming Lips, Superchunk, & Dreamers Of The Ghetto

A:  No

Q:  What is not allowed in Raleigh City Plaza?

A:  Audio & video recording, backpacks, bicycles, chairs, coolers, food & drink, pets, SLR cameras, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

Q:  Is City Plaza all ages?

A:  Yes, City Plaza is all ages.

Q: There are age limits at the club shows. Why and what are they?
