Signal Lamp Ensemble

Signal Lamp Ensemble is a fluctuating group of musicians based in Durham, NC dedicated to the performance of long-form drone pieces. SLE will perform Tony Conrad's Faust-backed magnum opus "Outside the Dream Syndicate" from front-to-back. For this performance, SLE will be: Courtney Werner (violin), Evan Morgan (banjo), Crowmeat Bob (reeds), Emma Dunlap-Grube (cello), Oliver Child-Lanning (chord organ/tape loops), Mike DeVito (bass), Rex McMurry (drums), Nathan Bowles (drums).
