Curiosity drives the songwriting and recording process of the alternative folk project Hiding Places. Spearheaded by Audrey Keelin-Walsh's intimate guitarwork and Nicholas Byrne's Elephant 6 inspired approach to production, collaboration is at the heart of Hiding Places' music. The band took shape after meeting through UNC Chapel Hill's radio station in 2019, recording remotely across London, Athens, GA, and Chapel Hill, NC throughout the pandemic. Together at long last - Hiding Places is now based in Brooklyn and recording material for their upcoming debut LP in late 2024.
