Kill the Buddha

Kill the Buddha is an indie rock group led by songwriter/guitarist/vocalist Lenwood Edwards Jr. The sound is progressive, polyrhythmic, drone-y, and unpredictable at times. Based out of Greensboro, NC, Lenwood is joined by Nick Van Buskirk (bass, horns, vocals), Greer Gehrken (shruti box, keys, vocals), Daniel Sheffield (drums), and Gabi Walden (guitar). The band will release its first full-length Self-Titled LP on August 23 via the new Greensboro label, MOTHS Recording Company.
