This sentiment is reflected in the newest project by longtime collaborators Sunny Ali and Karna Ray, and maintains the political lyricism of their former project, the infamous punk band Kominas. These origins collide in Babas, combining the playful cynicism of punk rock and the earnest simplicity of country.
