Ricochet Chicken is a Durham based indie, singer-songwriter band of 17-year-olds featuring Abby Sue Tate (vocals/guitar), Elijah Taylor (guitar/vocals), Ramya Mulligan (keys), Nora Shepherd (bass) and Eden Jones (drums).
Ricochet Chicken was formed in the fall of 2025 and over the past year has developed a songbook of over a dozen original songs with contributions from all members. R.C. works as a collective in free-wheeling rehearsals arranging new songs and fine tuning existing material.
Ricochet Chicken has performed at The Pinhook and Queeny’s in downtown Durham. They will also be performing this September at Hopscotch Music Festival and Carrboro Music Festival later this fall.
