King Princess

King Princess is the project of Brooklyn-based Mikaela Straus, a vocalist, a multi-instrumentalist, a songwriter, a producer, and an actor. Her music has accrued over one billion streams. She has collaborated with Fiona Apple, Florence Welch, and Aaron Dessner; toured with The Strokes and Florence + The Machine; and participated in campaigns for Gucci and Calvin Klein. Her third album, “Girl Violence,” was released in 2025 via section1. King Princess made her acting début in the same year, starring in “Nine Perfect Strangers,” on Hulu, and in the feature film “Song Sung Blue.”
