Brooklyn-based Pyrex have become a fixture in the New York punk scene, carving out a space with their relentless energy and unique sound. Since their inception, the trio has built a strong reputation through a series of well-received singles, tapes, and a rigorous touring schedule across the US and abroad. Drawing comparisons to both lost KBD-era punk and Eastern European post-punk, Pyrex delivers a raw, scrappy sound that blends aggressive hardcore with angular post-punk influences.

Following the release of their acclaimed debut LP “Pyrex,” the band maintains their reputation for intense, loud, and high-energy performances, dropping their second full-length album “Body” in March 2025, and more recently the “Slugman” 7” EP.
