General Event Info

Wristband City is our on-site box office, where attendees can pick up their wristbands for the festival.

Once you make your purchase for Hopscotch Music Festival, you’ll receive a ticket via email from Etix. Bring your digital ticket, or print it out at home and bring a physical copy, to Wristband City to pick up your wristbands for the festival.

Check back closer to the festival for Wristband City hours and location!

Single day passes, single venue passes, and single concert passes will not be available for Hopscotch 2024 either online or at Wristband City on site.

You must have a 3-day GA or VIP pass for entry to City Plaza and Moore Square stages, as well as all club shows.

You do not have to have a Hopscotch Music Festival wristband to attend the day parties.

Early Bird passes are tickets to the festival that are available prior to the lineup being released for the lowest prices possible.

Once our 2024 lineup is released, prices will increase. Early Bird passes provide an opportunity for fans to lock in their passes for a great price!

These passes include all the same amenities as a standard GA or VIP pass.

City Plaza and Moore Square stages are all ages; kids 12 and under are free.

The following age restrictions apply to all club shows held at the venue:

Individual venues may have age restrictions for their club shows. Check back closer to the festival for age restrictions on club shows.

Most day parties are free, but some day parties may have a cover charge. We recommend reaching out directly to the venue hosting the day party you’re interested in to see if there’s a cover charge.

You do not have to have a Hopscotch Music Festival wristband to attend the day parties.

Club shows will only be open to Hopscotch Music Festival attendees; you must have a 3-Day GA or VIP wristband to attend the club shows. All club shows are subject to the venue’s capacity. You can choose to attend as many, or as few, as you’d like!

Individual venues may have age restrictions for their club shows. Check back closer to the festival for age restrictions on club shows.

VIP passes include access to three days of music at outdoor stages and late night club shows, plus additional perks including VIP parties with complimentary beverages; priority access to club shows; access to our VIP exclusive Oak Lounge at both City Plaza and Moore Square with craft beverages, private restrooms, and more; and a swag bag with items from the festival, our sponsors, and local business!

All band or artist considerations must be submitted through the artist submission form once it’s made available. Submissions sent to our info@hopscotchmusicfest.com inbox are not reviewed, and will not be accepted for booking consideration.

Please note that submitting your band or artist for consideration does not guarantee you a booking for Hopscotch Music Festival.

Hopscotch fans are permitted to bring small point-and-shoot cameras into the festival; please be mindful of others and artists when using flash photography in dark concert areas. However, only approved press photographers are permitted to bring in professional-grade cameras with interchangeable lenses to the festival.

Absolutely no drones of any size or kind are permitted.

Professional grade video/audio recording equipment is not permitted.

Yes! The following bags are permitted into the festival:

  • Fanny packs measuring up to 16.5in x 6.5in. x 4in
  • Single pocket drawstring bags up to 13in x 15in
  • Any bags larger than 13in x 15in must be clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC

All guests and bags are subject to search before entering the festival.

Please note that while these bags are permitted at the main stages for the festival, they may not be permitted into the club shows. This is up to the discretion of each club’s management, and may vary from club to club.

Each guest is permitted to bring one empty, reusable water bottle (must be plastic or metal – no glass containers will be permitted) and / or one factory sealed water bottle into City Plaza and Moore Square. No other outside food or beverages will be permitted. We’ll have plenty of vendors on site offering food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Individual clubs may not permit outside food or beverages, possibly including empty water bottles, into their shows. This is up to the discretion of each club’s management, and may vary from club to club.

We love pets, but for everyone’s safety (particularly your animal’s), pets are not permitted at Hopscotch Music Festival. Please leave your pets safely at home.

Service animals are permitted with the proper identification.

For the safety of festival guests, artists, and staff, the following items are not permitted into Hopscotch Music Festival:

  • Weapons or replicas of weapons, including pocket knives
  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • Large bags or backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Chairs, blankets, tents, umbrellas
  • Outside food, beverages, or coolers
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras, GoPros, or audio recording equipment
  • Drones of any kind
  • Skateboards, roller blades, scooters, hoverboards, bicycles
  • Hula hoops, flow toys
  • Pets, except service animals with proper identification

This list is subject to change without notice at the discretion of festival management. If you’re unsure if an item is permitted into the festival, it’s probably best to leave it at home.

Hopscotch Music Festival is a rain or shine event.

Ticketing

Etix is the only verified ticketing provider for Hopscotch Music Festival; passes sold on any other platforms may be invalid and voided. To ensure your passes are valid and authentic, please visit our homepage to view available passes options and make your purchase. Hopscotch Music Festival and / or Etix are not responsible for tickets purchased on any other platform besides Etix.com.

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

Yes! If you currently have GA passes and would like to upgrade to VIP passes, please contact Etix Customer Support at 1.800.514.3849. Please have your order number and a credit card ready when you call.

If VIP inventory sells out in advance of the festival, VIP upgrades will not be available on site during the festival.

Wristbands can be picked up in person at our box office on site, called Wristband City. Please bring your tickets, in your Etix order confirmation email, and a photo ID with you to pick up your wristbands.

If you can’t find your Etix confirmation email, click here for instructions on resending the email. You can also access your tickets through Etix Account Manager – click here for instructions on logging in.

Wristbands are non-transferable. Once your wristband is put on your wrist, it cannot be taken off and handed to someone else for them to use. Any wristbands found to be transferred, damaged, or tampered with will become null and void.

Yes, all guests must have a valid festival wristband on their wrist for entry to City Plaza, Moore Square, and club shows.

If you do not have your wristband on your wrist, you will not be permitted to enter the festival or clubs.

All ticket sales are final – there are no refunds or exchanges permitted.

In the event of a cancellation, your tickets will be refunded in full via your point of purchase.

Payment Plans

You can purchase your Hopscotch passes for just as 20% down, and your remaining balance will be split between four subsequent payments. Payments will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card every 28 days from your initial purchase date until your balance is paid in full.

During checkout, simply select “Split into multiple payments” to utilize the payment plan. A timeline of when your payments will be charged and the total amount charged at each payment will be displayed during checkout.

You must have a valid debit or credit card to purchase your tickets via the payment plan; a prepaid debit card cannot be used.

You can view all upcoming payments and make additional payments on your balance at any time through your Etix Account Manager. For more information on how to use the Account Manager, click here.

Accounts with two or more consecutive missed payments are subject to cancellation.

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

Incomplete payments will not be refunded.

Etix Payment Plan Overview and Agreement

If the funds are not available in your account on your payment date, Etix will try three more attempts every 24 hours to process your payment. After three subsequent failed attempts, the balance will roll over to the next payment. You will be notified via email from Etix if there is a failed attempt of payment on your account.

A late fee of up to $5 may be charged if any scheduled payment remains unpaid after 10 days.

You can view all upcoming payments and make additional payments at any time through your Etix Account Manager. For more information on how to use the Account Manager, click here.

Accounts with two or more consecutive missed payments are subject to cancellation.

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

Incomplete payments will not be refunded.

Etix Payment Plan Overview and Agreement

Yes – you can log into your Etix Account Manager and make a manual payment on your balance at any point. The amount you pay will be deducted from your next scheduled payment.

Payment plan accounts with two or more consecutive missed payments are subject to cancellation.

We will contact you via email to request payment of the overdue balance. If your overdue balance is not paid by the deadline provided to you via email, your order will be cancelled and your tickets will be resold.

Cancelled payment plans cannot be reinstated. If your order is cancelled but you still wish to attend the festival, you must purchase a new ticket.

Refunds will not be issued for any amount you’ve already paid into your payment plan.

A late fee of up to $5 may be charged if any scheduled payment remains unpaid after 10 days.

If you’ve purchased passes on a payment plan, you will not receive your tickets until your balance is paid in full.

Passes purchased on a payment plan cannot be transferred or resold to another fan until the balance is paid in full.

The last day to purchase on a payment plan is April 27. Any passes purchased on April 28 or later must be paid in full during checkout.
