General Event Info
Wristband City is our on-site Box Office.
This is where you’ll come to pick up your wristbands for Hopscotch, and/or purchase additional wristbands if there’s inventory available.
Check back closer to the festival for Wristband City’s location and hours of operation!
Single day passes will not be available for Hopscotch 2023. We recommend buying your 3-day passes in advance, as prices will increase closer to the festival.
VIP passes include access to three days of music at outdoor stages and late night club shows, plus additional perks including VIP parties with complimentary beverages; priority access to club shows; access to our VIP exclusive Oak Lounge at both City Plaza and Moore Square with craft beverages, private restrooms, and more; a swag bag with items from the festival, our sponsors, and local business; and more to come!
Set times for the festival will be released later this summer! Sign up for our emails and keep an eye on our socials to be the first to know when the schedule is announced.
City Plaza and Moore Square stages are all ages; kids 12 and under are free.
Please note that late night club shows may be restricted to 18+ or 21+ only; underage fans will not be permitted into club shows with an active age restriction. Check back closer to the festival for any age restrictions at participating clubs.
We’ve partnered with the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Raleigh to offer a discounted rate to Hopscotch fans!
The Sheraton is located in the heart of downtown Raleigh, walkable to Hopscotch’s main stages and clubs, as well as local restaurants, attractions, and bars.

Hopscotch fans are permitted to bring small point-and-shoot cameras into the festival; please be mindful of others and artists when using flash photography in dark concert areas. However, only approved press photographers are permitted to bring in professional-grade cameras with interchangeable lenses to the festival.
Absolutely no drones of any size or kind are permitted.
Professional grade video/audio recording equipment is not permitted.
Yes! The following bags are permitted into the festival:
- Fanny packs measuring up to 16.5in x 6.5in. x 4in
- Single pocket drawstring bags up to 13in x 15in
- Any bags larger than 13in x 15in must be clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC
All guests and bags are subject to search before entering the festival.
No outside food or beverages will be permitted into the festival. We’ll have plenty of vendors on site offering food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
We love pets, but for everyone’s safety (particularly your animal’s), pets are not permitted at Hopscotch Music Festival. Please leave your pets safely at home.
Service animals are permitted with the proper identification.

The following items are not permitted into Hopscotch Music Festival:
- Weapons or replicas of weapons, including pocket knives
- Illegal substances of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Chairs, blankets, tents, umbrellas
- Outside food, beverages, or coolers
- Glass containers of any kind
- Cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras, GoPros, or audio recording equipment
- Drones of any kind
- Pets, except service animals with proper identification
This list is subject to change without notice at the discretion of festival management. If you’re unsure if an item is permitted into the festival, it’s probably best to leave it at home.

Etix is the only verified ticketing provider for Hopscotch Music Festival; passes sold on any other platforms may be invalid and voided. To ensure your passes are valid and authentic, please visit our homepage to view available passes options and make your purchase. Hopscotch Music Festival and / or Etix are not responsible for tickets purchased on any other platform besides Etix.com.

Yes! If you currently have GA passes and would like to upgrade to VIP passes, please contact Etix Customer Support at 1.800.514.3849. Please have your order number and a credit card ready when you call.

Yes – you may add an alternate pick up name to your Etix order, which will allow someone else to pick up your wristbands from Wristband City.
To add an alternate pick up name, please complete this form ahead of the festival.
